The Large Oren 18′ x 10′ Shiplap Modular Custom Apex Shed has been specially crafted for effortless setup. This shed offers the flexibility to tailor the placement of doors and windows to suit any outdoor space. Each Oren Shed is constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, a material that encompasses the floor and roof, boosting its resilience and longevity. The robust framing of this structure features elegantly rounded corners, enhancing its overall appeal.

Equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, this shed is built to withstand the test of time without succumbing to rips or ripples easily. Optional customizations include a windowless version and a double door upgrade, details of which can be found in the ‘customize & purchase’ segment.

Superior Tongue and Groove Build

All Oren sheds comprise 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber across all components, including the floor and roof. The shiplap cladding features a slight ridge on each board, facilitating quicker water runoff post-rain exposure and expediting the drying process to prevent water-related damage.

Durable Toughened Glass

Should your Oren shed feature windows, they are fitted with toughened safety glass by default. The toughening treatment bolsters the glass’s structural integrity and thermal resistance, elevating its overall resilience against heat and impact. Compared to standard glass, toughened glass boasts a 500% increase in resistance to heat and shock. The glass panels come pre-installed, along with PVC sills on the window units to prevent water ingress and maintain a polished appearance.

Galvanised Iron Hardware

All Oren sheds are furnished with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend the shed’s lifespan and prevent oxidation. Galvanisation involves coating the ironmongery with a protective layer of zinc, shielding it from rust and other forms of deterioration.

Premium Waterproof Felt

The shed is finalized with a high-quality waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing that enhances its durability and tear resistance. The felt is treated with bitumen (asphalt), a protective agent that repels water while allowing the material to breathe, thus promoting long-lasting performance.
