The base and roof are 12mm coordinating T&G boards and the roof is supplied with mineral felt. The summerhouse is provided with a honey brown dip treated base coat preservative primed for you to top coat to your preference immediately upon set up; this can be a paint or a stain. Our illustration showcases the potential with embellishment. When situating, accounting should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during set up. If factory installation is chosen: Your construction will be transported and installed onto your prepared location. This must be smooth and level to a satisfactory extent. Lawn, soil or gravel do not suffice as they will shift with the load of the construction. Subsequent to your purchase, you will be forwarded a link to designate your delivery day. On the day of delivery, you will also be given real-time tracking details. Before you construct your building, a foundation that is smooth and level to a sufficient size is imperative.
