Crafted from sturdy 12mm shiplap cladding on a robust 34mm frame, with the flooring constructed from superior Tongue and Groove panels and the roof fashioned from solid sheet OSB. With a single opening window for ventilation, maintaining a fresh atmosphere inside the playhouse is simple, while the small overhang offers protection from rainfall. This playhouse comes pretreated with a honey brown stain. All playhouses are fully certified with the CE mark (TUV Certified) and have been developed in compliance with the European Standard for Toy Safety EN-71. Kindly Note: Our outdoor structures have received a preliminary treatment with a water-based wood treatment for preservation during transportation. To avail of the complete 10-year anti-rot warranty, it is imperative that you apply a superior spirit-based wood preservative to the garden building before or promptly after assembly.
