Featuring premium double doors that swing open to the front under a charming small awning, as well as three large fixed side windows. Enhancing its safety features, the windows and doors come equipped with durable styrene glazing and are expertly crafted with a design that resists storms. Furthermore, the doors boast a mortice lock for added security. The structure is built upon sturdy 34mm square framework and covered with meticulously planed shiplap tongue and groove boards crafted from top-tier, approved, slow-grown pine. The floor and roof consist of 12mm T&G panels, with mineral roof felt included to finish the roof’s exterior. This summer abode comes pre-treated with a base coat preservative, allowing you to apply your preferred top coat of paint or stain immediately upon assembly. When selecting the location for installation, remember to accommodate the roof’s overhang and allow for painting access during setup. Upon placing your order, you will receive instructions to select your delivery day. On the morning of the chosen day, you will also receive real-time tracking information. Before erecting your sanctuary, ensure you have a flat and adequately sized base. Grass, soil, or gravel won’t suffice, as they may shift under the weight of the structure.
