The windows and entrances boast toughened double glazed glass for added insulation and security.

uPVC Entrances and Windows – The Oran Log Chalet is equipped with uPVC Dual Entrances in Anthracite Grey and uPVC ‘Tilt & Turn’ Operational Windows. All glass is double glazed and toughened.

Enhanced Security – Apart from the toughened double glazing, all entrances and windows come with a 5-point locking system. Whether utilizing the chalet for storage or as a home office, this extra secure space offers tranquility.

Roofing Coating – The chalet’s roof, with a 50-year life expectancy, shields the building from all weather conditions. It sports an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system with a 50-year lifespan. It encompasses a gutter edge drip plate to channel rainwater away from the chalet’s sides.

Under 2.5m – All chalets stand below 2.5m to the ridge, circumventing most planning permission constraints for residential constructions. Deep 145mm roof purlins assure structural integrity isn’t compromised by the limited height.

Premium Timber – Crafted from 44mm thick walls of top-grade, responsibly sourced, Scandinavian Timber, the chalet employs no subpar timber profiles. The flooring and roofs comprise tongue & groove panels for durability. Timber bearers elevate the chalet off the ground, safeguarding the flooring.

Modern Features – Exterior sills adorn all windows, while ‘easy access’ aluminum sills on the entrances augment functionality. The Burford style skirting within adds a classy touch to the interiors.
