The Oren 10′ x 6′ Pent Combi Summer House with a 4ft Side Store offers full customization, allowing you to choose the door placement according to your preference. This Summer House provides the option for a side store of either 4ft or 6ft. Crafted from top-quality timber sourced from the finest Scandinavian forests, this is a premium-grade product. The construction of all Oren Summer Houses features robust 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, ensuring exceptional durability for years to come. The heavy-duty framing of this Oren Summer House is reinforced with corner bracing on all wall panels. Equipped with toughened safety glass, this Summer House also includes a Premium High Performance Felt with a specialized polyester backing, guaranteeing longevity without easily rippling or tearing.

Throughout the structure, tongue and groove construction is used, ensuring strength and durability, with the floor and roof also featuring the same 12mm thick timber. Shiplap cladding showcases a unique design element with a small profile at the top of each board, enabling efficient water runoff and quick drying after rainfall to prevent water damage.

For added strength and thermal durability, all windows in an Oren Summer House are fitted with toughened safety glass as standard, which enhances resilience by 500% compared to standard glass. The internal beading of the glass eliminates the need for self-fitting, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and provide a polished appearance. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm – Width = 45.7cm.

Enhancing longevity and minimizing rust, all Oren Summer Houses are equipped with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls. Galvanising provides a protective zinc coating that safeguards against oxidation and corrosion.

Featuring a premium High Performance Felt, the Summer House is enveloped in a high-quality waterproofing material with a ‘polyester’ backing for extended durability, ensuring resistance to rippling and tearing. The felt is impregnated with a bitumen coating that repels water while allowing the material to breathe.
