Constructed from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, encompassing the flooring and roofing, this shed guarantees heightened robustness and endurance. The robust framing of this structure features elegantly rounded corners, enhancing its appeal. Equipped with toughened safety glass and Premium High Performance Felt backed by specialized polyester, this shed ensures prolonged durability without easy tearing or rippling.

Customization options for this shed include an upgrade to double doors. Refer to the ‘customise & buy’ section for further information. Please be mindful that only one door will be upgraded to a double configuration, while the other will remain a single door.

Features Tongue and Groove Throughout

All Oren sheds are meticulously constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for enhanced structural integrity. Both the floor and roof comprise 12mm tongue and groove panels, bolstering sturdiness and endurance. The shiplap cladding boasts a distinct feature with a slight profile atop each board, facilitating rapid water runoff compared to standard tongue and groove structures. This design accelerates the shed’s drying process post rainfall, guarding against water-related damages.

Toughened Glass
Any Oren shed featuring windows is outfitted with toughened safety glass by default. The toughening treatment elevates the glass’s structural robustness and thermal resilience, enhancing its strength and heat resistance. Toughened glass exhibits a 500% greater resistance to heat and shock compared to conventional glass. The glass is internally beaded, obviating the need for self-fitting, and supplemented with PVC sills to prevent water seepage and ensure a polished finish.

Galvanized Ironmongery
Each Oren shed is furnished with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend the shed’s lifespan while mitigating oxidation. Galvanization entails coating with a protective zinc layer, shielding the ironmongery from rust and other deteriorative elements.

Premium High Performance Roofing Felt
The shed is enveloped in a premium waterproof felt with a specialized ‘polyester’ backing that guarantees longevity without easy tearing or rippling. The felt is impregnated with bitumen (asphalt), a water-repelling protective coating that simultaneously allows for breathability to prevent water ingress.
