Innovative Roofing – Designed to safeguard the dwelling from diverse weather patterns, the roof of this dwelling has a 50-year durability, featuring an advanced EPDM rubber roofing system with a half-century lifespan. By incorporating a gutter edge drip plate, efficient rainwater drainage away from the cabin’s edges is guaranteed.
Less Than 2.5m in Height – All dwellings maintain a ridge height below 2.5m, avoiding many planning restrictions that typically apply to housing projects. The 145mm roof purlins enhance strength and stability while preserving the height.
Premium Timber Quality – Constructed from responsibly sourced Scandinavian Timber of the highest caliber, the walls of the log dwelling are 28mm thick. There are no inferior timber configurations like the 19mm and 22mm variations or cabins with OSB or chipboard components. The floors and roofs feature tongue & groove boards for lasting durability.
