The Oren 12′ x 12′ Viscount Workshop Log Cabin – 28mm is an exceptional, versatile, and spacious contemporary garden structure that can be used for various purposes such as an outdoor exercise area, additional sleeping quarters, or a workspace. This workshop features modern aspects like expertly crafted timber double doors and windows that allow ample natural light to enter the interior. The windows are reinforced with sturdy double glazed glass for improved insulation and protection. Superior Crafted Doors and Windows – The Oren Log Cabin showcases professionally made Double Doors and Windows, each with strengthened and double-glazed glass for optimal functionality. Enhanced Safety – Apart from the reinforced glass, all doors and windows are secured with a 3 lever mortice lock. Whether the intention is to use the log cabin for storage or a home office, this additional security feature provides peace of mind. EPDM Roofing – With a lifespan of 50 years, the roof is designed to protect the building against various weather conditions. It is fitted with an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system with a 50-year lifespan. A gutter edge drip plate is also provided to assist in proper drainage and prevent water accumulation alongside the log cabin. Below 2.5m Height – All cabins are built with a ridge height under 2.5m, avoiding many potential planning permission limitations related to residential constructions. Additionally, there are extra deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that structural integrity is not compromised by the lower height. Premium Timber – The log cabin’s 28mm thick walls are made from high-quality Scandinavian Timber responsibly sourced. There are no inferior timber profiles like 19mm or 22mm versions, nor cabins with OSB or chipboard components for floors and roofs. Using tongue & groove boards for the floors and roofs guarantees durability and strength. Timber bearers are provided to raise the log cabin and protect the floor from potential damage. Contemporary Features – Noteworthy elements such as external window ledges and ‘easy entrance’ aluminum low threshold sills on the doors enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the structure. The Burford style skirting inside gives the log cabin a polished appearance. Innovative Self-Assembly – Our 28mm interlocking logs, supported by an intuitive notching system, facilitate a smooth assembly process, ensuring a snug fit and proper alignment. Instructional materials and fittings are included for a DIY construction, with additional assistance available via phone/email and instructional installation videos, if necessary.
