uPVC Doors and Windows – The Oren Log Cabin is equipped with uPVC Double Doors in Anthracite Grey and uPVC ‘Tilt and Turn’ Opening Windows, both featuring toughened and double glazed glass. The security is further reinforced with a 5-point locking mechanism on all doors and windows, providing peace of mind whether using the cabin for storage or as a home office.
Roofing Covering – The roof of this log cabin, designed to endure various weather conditions with a 50-year lifespan, features an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system along with a gutter edge drip plate to efficiently divert rainwater away from the cabin’s sides.
Under 2.5m – All cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, allowing easy compliance with most planning permission restrictions for residential builds. The presence of extra deep 145mm roof purlins maintains strength and rigidity without compromising the reduced height.
High Grade Timber – Constructed with 44mm thick walls made from high-quality, responsibly sourced Scandinavian Timber, this log cabin avoids the use of inferior materials such as 19mm and 28mm logs, OSB, or chipboard floors and roofs. Tongue & groove boards form the floors and roofs to ensure durability, while timber bearers elevate the cabin to protect the floor.
Contemporary Touches – External sills on windows and ‘easy access’ aluminium low threshold sills on doors enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Burford style skirting completes the interior look of the log cabin with finesse.
Innovative Self-Assembly – The 44mm high grade interlocking logs, aided by an innovative notching system, ensure a snug fit during assembly.
