Equipped with toughened safety glass as the standard choice, and a Premium High Performance Felt with a special polyester backing that guarantees a longer lifespan without easily tearing or rippling. The entirety of this Summer Cottage is designed with tongue and groove construction, with the floor and roof also utilizing 12mm tongue and groove for added sturdiness and endurance. The shiplap cladding boasts a small channel at the top of each board which facilitates quick water runoff and accelerates the drying process after rain exposure, thus safeguarding against water damage. Toughened glass is included with any Oren Summer Cottage featuring windows. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural toughness and thermal resilience, making it more resistant to heat and shock, providing 500% more durability compared to regular glass. The glass comes internally beaded so that fitting is unnecessary, and PVC sills complete the windows for water ingress prevention and a refined appearance.
