The bespoke Oren 12′ x 8′ Clapboard Modular Lean Potting Shed has been crafted to offer additional storage room for your garden while enabling you to nurture your potted plants all year round. This shed is customizable, allowing you to position the entrance doors in any way that suits your garden. Constructed from sturdy 12mm thick clapboard tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, this shed ensures enhanced robustness and longevity. The robust framework of this structure has been curved at every corner, providing it with an exquisite appearance.

Included with this shed is toughened safety glass, guaranteeing durability and safety. Moreover, a Premium High Performance Felt with specialized polyester backing is provided, ensuring longevity and resilience without the risk of tearing or wrinkling easily. Optional customizations for this shed include an upgrade to double doors. While all potting sheds are equipped with two-tier shelving as standard, additional shelving options are available. Tongue and groove construction can be seen throughout the entirety of all Oren sheds, constructed using 12mm thick clapboard tongue and groove timber. The 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof further enhance the structure’s strength and durability. The clapboard cladding features a minor groove at the top of each board, aiding in quicker water runoff and faster drying following exposure to rain, thereby safeguarding against water damage.

Any Oren shed featuring windows comes equipped with toughened safety glass as a standard provision. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural toughness and thermal resistance, bolstering its durability and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass offers 500% more resistance to heat and shock in comparison to regular glass. Each glass unit is pre-beaded internally, eliminating the need for customer-installed glass. Moreover, PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and provide a polished finish.

All Oren sheds are furnished with galvanized ironmongery, including hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, extending the shed’s lifespan and minimizing oxidation. Galvanization entails coating these components with a protective zinc layer to prevent rusting and other forms of damage.

The shed is completed with a premium high-performance waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ base, ensuring prolonged longevity and resistance against tearing and rippling. The felt is impregnated with bitumen (asphalt), a protective coating that repels water while allowing the product to breathe.
