It includes a drip plate on the gutter edge to divert rainwater away from the sides of the log house.
Below 2.5m in Elevation – Each house stands under 2.5m at the ridge, allowing you to avoid most planning permission restrictions that might affect residential structures. There are additionally deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the lower height does not compromise the strength and stability of the house.
Premium Lumber – The walls of the log house are 28mm in thickness, crafted from top-quality sustainably sourced Scandinavian Timber. Inferior log cabin timber profiles like 19mm and 22mm thick log houses or houses with OSB or chipboard floors and roofs are not used. The floors and roofs are made of tongue & groove boards to guarantee durability and robustness. Timber bearers are included to elevate the log cabin above ground level for added floor protection.
Contemporary Touches – Notable features such as external sills on all windows and ‘easy access’ low threshold sills made of aluminum on the doors enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of your structure. The Burford style skirting provides an elegant finish to the interior of the log cabin.
