The Oren 12′ x 8′ Duke Workshop Log House – 28mm is a superior, versatile, and spacious state-of-the-art garden structure perfect for an outdoor exercise space, additional sleeping quarter, or office area. This workshop features modern design elements, including bespoke timber double doors and windows that allow natural light to illuminate the space. The windows are fitted with sturdy double glazed glass for improved insulation and security.

Bespoke Entries and Windows – The Oren Log House is furnished with customized Dual Doors and Windows. The glass is both tempered and double-glazed, ensuring exceptional quality.

Advanced Security Features – Alongside the robust double glazing, all doors and windows are equipped with a 3-level mortice lock. Whether utilizing the log cabin for storage or as a home office, this extra secure space will provide peace of mind.

Long-lasting EPDM Roof Covering – Designed to protect the building from diverse weather conditions, the roof of this log house is built with an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system boasting a 50-year lifespan. It includes a drip plate on the gutter edge to divert rainwater away from the sides of the log house.

Below 2.5m in Elevation – Each house stands under 2.5m at the ridge, allowing you to avoid most planning permission restrictions that might affect residential structures. There are additionally deep 145mm roof purlins to ensure that the lower height does not compromise the strength and stability of the house.

Premium Lumber – The walls of the log house are 28mm in thickness, crafted from top-quality sustainably sourced Scandinavian Timber. Inferior log cabin timber profiles like 19mm and 22mm thick log houses or houses with OSB or chipboard floors and roofs are not used. The floors and roofs are made of tongue & groove boards to guarantee durability and robustness. Timber bearers are included to elevate the log cabin above ground level for added floor protection.

Contemporary Touches – Notable features such as external sills on all windows and ‘easy access’ low threshold sills made of aluminum on the doors enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of your structure. The Burford style skirting provides an elegant finish to the interior of the log cabin.

Innovative Self-Assembly – Our 28mm high-quality interlocking logs are paired with our modern notching system, allowing you to construct your house confidently, ensuring everything fits snugly and in the correct position. The necessary fixtures and instructions are supplied for self-assembly, along with additional phone/email support and instructional installation videos as required.

Environmentally Friendly – We are dedicated to sustainability! Timber is responsibly sourced from approved suppliers and forests that undergo a thorough evaluation process.
