The Oren 12′ x 8′ Ship-shape Customizable Pentagonal Abode is engineered for effortless assembly. This dwelling can be tailored to your liking, giving you the freedom to situate the entrances and apertures in any location, making it suitable for any yard. All Oren Abodes are crafted from 12mm hefty ship-lap tongue and groove wood encompassing the base and top to provide added sturdiness and resilience. The robust framework of this structure is curved at each edge, bestowing it with a remarkable appearance. This abode is equipped with tempered safety glass by default, coupled with a Superior High Efficiency Felt featuring a distinct polyester lining, ensuring its prolonged longevity and resistance to wrinkling or tearing. Tongue and groove composition is consistent throughout All Oren abodes are constructed from 12mm robust ship-lap tongue and groove wood. The base and top are also constructed with 12mm tongue and groove for additional sturdiness and durability. The ship-lap cladding features a small ridge at the apex of each panel. This thin channel enables water to drip off the abode faster than traditional tongue and groove. This expedited drying process after rainfall helps safeguard the abode from potential water damage.

Tempered glass Every Oren abode with windows is furnished with tempered safety glass as standard. The tempering procedure reinforces the structural robustness and thermal resistance of the glass, subsequently augmenting its resilience and ability to endure heat. Tempered glass is 500% more resilient to heat and impact than conventional glass. The glass is already internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-installation, while PVC ledges finalize the window units to prevent water infiltration and provide an exquisite touch.

Galvanized ironmongery All Oren abodes are outfitted with galvanized hinges, latch mechanisms, and door handles to enhance longevity and diminish corrosion. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc coating to shield against rust and other forms of deterioration.

Superior High Efficiency Felt The abode comes complete with a top-performing waterproof felt featuring a unique ‘polyester’ lining to ensure durability and resilience against wrinkling or tearing. The felt is impregnated with a weatherproof bitumen (asphalt) layer that repels water while allowing the material to breathe, safeguarding it from the elements.
