Tongue and groove construction
Constructed using pressure-treated timber throughout, the shed is fortified with ultra heavy-duty framing and increased height for superior storage capacity and headroom. For sheds with windows, the glass is toughened safety glass by default. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural durability and thermal resistance, improving its overall durability and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass is 500% more heat and shock-resistant compared to regular glass. The internal beading of the glass eliminates the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and offer a polished look.
Zinc-coated hardware
Completing the shed is a high-quality waterproof felt with a special backing made of ‘polyester’, ensuring prolonged durability without the risk of tearing or rippling. The felt is treated with bitumen (asphalt), a protective coating that repels water while allowing the shed to breathe.
