Tongue and groove throughout

Every Oren shed is crafted from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof. This design choice not only enhances strength and durability but also expedites water runoff and drying post-rain exposure due to the shiplap cladding’s unique profile.

Toughened glass

For sheds with windows, Oren incorporates toughened safety glass as a standard feature. This toughening process elevates the glass’s structural robustness and thermal resilience, making it significantly more resistant to heat and shock compared to regular glass. The internally beaded glass eliminates the need for self-installation, while the PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and provide a polished appearance.

Galvanised ironmongery

Each Oren shed is furnished with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, ensuring prolonged durability and minimizing oxidation. Galvanising involves coating with a protective zinc layer to shield against rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High Performance Felt

Complementing the shed is a high-performance waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing, guaranteeing extended longevity and resistance to tearing or rippling. The bitumen (asphalt) coating on the felt repels water while maintaining breathability.
