The Oren 20′ x 4′ Interlocking Modular Bespoke Pent Shed has been meticulously crafted for effortless assembly. All Oren Sheds are constructed from sturdy 12mm thick interlocking tongue and groove timber, which includes both the base and the top, providing enhanced robustness and endurance. Equipped with toughened safety glass by default, this shed also features a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, ensuring greater longevity and resistance to tearing or rippling. Tongue and groove Construction

All Oren sheds boast a construction of durable 12mm thick interlocking tongue and groove timber. The flooring and roofing are also built using 12mm interlocking tongue and groove panels to offer increased strength and durability. The shiplap cladding includes a subtle groove at the top of each panel, facilitating quicker water runoff compared to standard tongue and groove boards. This design feature aids in rapid drying after rainfall, enhancing protection against water-related damages.

Durable Glass

Any Oren shed with windows is outfitted with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process significantly enhances the glass’s structural resilience and thermal durability, making it more resistant to heat and impact compared to regular glass. The glass comes pre-installed with internal beading, while PVC sills accompany the windows to prevent water ingress and provide a polished appearance.

Galvanized Hardware

All Oren sheds are furnished with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to promote longevity and minimize corrosion. The galvanization process involves applying a protective zinc coating that shields the hardware from rust and other forms of damage.

Premium Quality Felt

Completing the shed is a top-quality waterproof felt featuring a special backing made of ‘polyester’ for extended durability and resistance to tearing or rippling.
