The Oren 20′ x 4′ Ship-lap Interchangeable Personalized Apex Storage Hut has been meticulously crafted for effortless assembly. This storage hut offers the flexibility to customize the placement of doors and windows, making it suitable for any backyard. All Oren Storage Huts are constructed from 12mm thick ship-lap tongue and groove wood, including the base and top, to provide added resilience and longevity. The sturdy framing of this structure has been curved at every angle to impart a remarkable appearance. Equipped with toughened safety glass and Premium High-Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, this hut is built to withstand the test of time without developing ripples or tears easily. Tongue and groove design is prevalent throughout all Oren storage huts, ensuring robustness and durability. Even the base and top consist of 12mm tongue and groove construction to enhance strength. The ship-lap cladding boasts a small indentation at the top of each panel. This feature allows for quicker water runoff compared to traditional tongue and groove designs, aiding in faster drying and protecting the hut from water damage.

The presence of toughened safety glass in any Oren storage hut with windows is a standard offering. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural strength and thermal resistance, making it more durable and heat-resistant. Toughened glass exhibits a 500% higher resistance to heat and impact than ordinary glass. The glass is pre-fitted internally, removing the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water seepage and offer an elegant appearance.

All Oren storage huts feature galvanized iron fittings such as hinges, turn-buttons, and door pulls to extend the hut’s lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanization involves the application of a protective zinc layer to prevent rust and other forms of damage.

The hut is complemented by a high-quality waterproof felt with a specialized ‘polyester’ backing to ensure prolonged durability and resistance to tearing. The felt is impregnated with a bitumen coating, repelling water while allowing the product to breathe, safeguarding it from external elements.
