Tongue and Groove Construction

All Oren sheds boast 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber materials. The floor and roof also feature 12mm tongue and groove construction, providing added resilience and durability. The shiplap cladding includes a small channel at the top of each board, facilitating quicker water runoff and ensuring rapid drying post-rain exposure, safeguarding the shed from potential water damage.

Tempered Glass

Any Oren shed with windows is equipped with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural strength and thermal performance, boosting its ability to endure heat and pressure. Toughened glass outperforms regular glass, being 500% more resistant to heat and shock. Pre-fitted internal beading saves you the trouble of glass installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water seepage and augment the aesthetic appeal.

Galvanized Hardware

All Oren sheds are furnished with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, prolonging the shed’s lifespan and reducing oxidation. Galvanization applies a protective zinc layer to prevent rusting and other forms of damage.

Premium Waterproofing

High-performance waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing completes the shed. This felt receives a bitumen (asphalt) coating that repels water while enabling breathability, ensuring enduring protection without the risk of rippling or tearing.
