All Oren Sheds are constructed from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, ensuring enhanced robustness and longevity. The sturdy framing of this structure boasts rounded corners, creating a polished appearance.

This shed includes toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a specialized polyester backing guaranteeing extended durability and preventing ripples or tears.

Continuous Tongue and Groove

Each Oren shed is built using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, with the flooring and roofing also utilizing 12mm tongue and groove for added resilience. The shiplap cladding features a slight groove at the top of each board, facilitating quick water runoff to protect the shed from rain damage.

Durable Glass

Sheds from Oren with windows are furnished with toughened safety glass, enhancing structural strength and thermal endurance. This toughened glass is significantly more resistant to heat and impact compared to standard glass, ensuring increased durability. The internally beaded glass and PVC sills prevent water ingress and present a sophisticated finish.

Rust-resistant Hardware

All Oren sheds are supplied with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend their lifespan and reduce oxidation. The galvanizing process involves applying a zinc layer to protect the hardware from rust and deterioration.

Premium Waterproof Covering

For added protection, the shed incorporates a premium waterproof felt with a specialized ‘polyester’ backing that resists tears and ripples. The felt is coated with bitumen (asphalt) for water resistance while allowing the material to breathe.
