Full Tongue and Groove Design

All Oren sheds are painstakingly crafted from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. The flooring and roofing are also built with the same 12mm tongue and groove construction to provide added robustness and longevity. Shiplap cladding boasts a unique feature with a small groove at the top of each board, allowing for efficient water runoff, aiding in rapid drying post-rain exposure to safeguard against water damage.

Durable Glass

Any Oren shed featuring windows is furnished with toughened safety glass as a standard feature. The toughening process boosts the structural resilience and thermal endurance of the glass, enhancing its durability and ability to withstand temperature changes. Toughened glass provides 500% more resistance to heat and impact compared to standard glass. The glass is internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water seepage and deliver a polished finish.

Galvanized Hardware

All Oren sheds are equipped with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend the life of the shed and reduce oxidization. Galvanization involves applying a protective layer of zinc to the hardware to shield it from corrosion and other forms of damage.

Premium High-Performance Felt

The shed is accompanied by high-quality waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing to ensure durability and resist tears and rips. The felt is infused with a protective bitumen (asphalt) layer that repels water while maintaining breathability for lasting protection.
