All Oren Mini Summer Houses are crafted from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the resilient floor and roof. The robust framing of this structure features rounded corners for an exquisite finishing touch. Equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, this Mini Summer House ensures longevity and resilience against tearing or rippling. Tongue and groove construction is consistent throughout all Oren Mini Summer Houses, ensuring durability and strength with 12mm thick shiplap timber used for the floor and roof as well. Shiplap cladding includes a discreet water runoff channel atop each board, facilitating rapid drying and protecting the structure against water damage. Toughened glass windows on any Oren Mini Summer House enhance structural durability and thermal strength, increasing resistance to heat and shock by 500% compared to regular glass. The already internally beaded glass eliminates the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and provide an elegant finish. The window dimensions are as follows: Height = 162cm, Width = 45.7cm. Each Oren Mini Summer House is furnished with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and a door pull to ensure prolonged life and minimize rust and oxidation, thanks to the protective zinc layer coating. The Mini Summer House also features a waterproof, high-performing felt with a special ‘polyester’ backing that resists tearing or rippling, as it is imbued with bitumen (asphalt) to repel water and maintain breathability.
