The robust framing of the building is elegantly rounded at each corner for a refined look. It features toughened safety glass and a top-quality Premium High Performance Felt with a special polyester lining, ensuring longevity and preventing easy damage.

Tongue and Groove Construction:
Every Oren Summer House is constructed using high-quality 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, ensuring durability and toughness even in the floor and roof. The shiplap cladding boasts a distinctive small channel on top of each board for quick water runoff, aiding in rapid drying after rain exposure to safeguard against water damage.

Durable Glass:
All Oren Summer Houses equipped with windows come with toughened safety glass, enhancing structural durability and thermal strength. Toughened glass offers 500% more resistance to heat and shock than regular glass, with internal beading for hassle-free installation and PVC sills for water resistance and a polished finish.

Galvanised Hardware:
Each Oren Summer House is furnished with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pull, ensuring long-lasting performance and resisting rust and corrosion. Galvanisation involves coating with a protective zinc layer to guard against damage.

Premium High Performance Felt:
The Summer House is topped with a top-performing waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing for enhanced longevity and tear resistance. The felt is treated with bitumen (asphalt) coating to repel water while allowing the product to breathe effectively.
