All Oren Sheds are constructed using sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for the floor and roof, ensuring enhanced durability. The sturdy framing of this structure has rounded edges at each corner, providing a pleasing aesthetic. Equipped with toughened safety glass and Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, this shed is designed for long-lasting use without easily rippling or tearing. Tongue and Groove Design

All Oren sheds feature solid 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber construction. This includes 12mm tongue and groove for both the floor and roof, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Shiplap cladding is designed with a small profile atop each board, facilitating quick water runoff and fast drying after rainfall to protect the shed from water damage.

Toughened Glass

Any Oren shed with windows is furnished with toughened safety glass as a standard feature. The toughening process enhances the structural sturdiness and thermal resilience of the glass, increasing its capacity to withstand heat. Toughened glass offers 500% more resistance to heat and shock compared to regular glass. The glass comes with internal beading, removing the need for user installation, and PVC sills complete the window units to prevent water ingress and provide a refined appearance.

Galvanised Ironmongery

All Oren sheds are supplied with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to improve longevity and prevent oxidation. Galvanisation involves coating with a protective zinc layer to resist rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High Performance Felt

The shed is integrated with a high-quality waterproof felt comprising a special ‘polyester’ backing for prolonged durability and tear resistance. The felt is impregnated with bitumen, a protective asphalt coating that repels water while allowing the shed to breathe.
