All Oren Sheds are constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for enhanced durability and strength, including the floor and roof. The robust framing of this structure boasts rounded corners for an attractive appearance. Furthermore, the shed is equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a specialized polyester backing, ensuring longevity and resistance to tears.

Shiplap Tongue and Groove Construction

All Oren sheds feature 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber throughout, providing additional sturdiness and resilience. The shiplap cladding’s design allows for efficient water drainage, aiding in quicker drying after rainfall and safeguarding the shed against water damage.

Toughened Glass

Any Oren shed with windows is furnished with toughened safety glass for heightened structural durability and thermal strength. This toughening process significantly enhances the glass’s resistance levels, making it 500% more resilient to heat and shock compared to standard glass. Additionally, the glass is internally beaded and complemented with PVC sills to prevent water ingress and deliver a polished finish.

Galvanized Ironmongery

To prolong the shed’s lifespan and diminish oxidization, all Oren sheds are equipped with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc coating, shielding the ironmongery from rust and other forms of deterioration.

Premium High Performance Felt
