This Oren summer House is equipped with robust framing featuring corner reinforcement on all wall sections. The Summer House is furnished with toughened safety glass as a standard feature, and boasts a Premium Superior Performance Felt with a distinct polyester lining, guaranteeing extended durability and resistance to tearing or wrinkling.
Tongue and groove consistency can be observed throughout all Oren Summer Houses, with the use of 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. Even the flooring and roofing are fashioned from 12mm tongue and groove, providing added strength and resilience.
Shiplap cladding features a small groove on the crest of each board. This slight groove allows rainwater to swiftly run off the summer house, aiding in rapid drying post rainfall exposure and safeguarding against water damage.
Toughened glass accompanies any Oren Summer House that includes windows as standard equipment. The toughening treatment elevates the structural durability and thermal resilience of the glass, thereby increasing its fortitude and ability to endure heat. Toughened glass is 500% more resilient against heat and impact compared to standard glass.
The glass is pre-fitted internally, eliminating the need for self-installation, with PVC sills completing the window structures, preventing water intrusion and presenting an exquisite finish. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm – Width = 45.7cm.
Galvanised iron components are a feature of all Oren Summer Houses, comprising of galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door handles to enhance the longevity of the summer house and minimize oxidation. Galvanisation involves applying a protective zinc coat to shield against rust and other harm.
The Summer House is finished with a high-performance waterproof felt containing a special ‘polyester’ lining to ensure extended durability and resistance to tearing or wrinkling.
