The apex roof and flooring are made from 19mm tongue and groove panels, renowned for their resilience, durability, and weatherproof properties, ensuring a long-lasting and robust structure. The laminated and glazed double doors, equipped with safety glass, grant access to the interior space. The laminated door frames provide additional durability and enhanced resistance to extreme temperature fluctuations. The stainless steel cover on the low doorsill safeguards this high-traffic area from potential damage. It is important to note that the roofing material is not provided. You can opt to purchase SBS, EPDM, or Roof Underlay Felt separately. SBS is a durable torch-on waterproof material with a lengthy lifespan. Installation should be carried out by individuals with advanced DIY skills or by a professional installer. EPDm is a thick, weatherproof rubber sheet offering a premium and long-lasting roof covering. Fixings and adhesives are not included. Installation should be done by experienced DIYers or a professional. Roof Underlay Felt is easy to nail onto the garden structure but should only serve as a temporary roof covering or as an underlay for a permanent weatherproof roof upgrade.
The cabin is delivered untreated with a five-year warranty. We recommend applying an anti-fungal treatment initially and annually thereafter to maintain the warranty. Alternatively, you can add a coat of paint for a more personalized touch.
