Crafted from sturdy 28mm Nordic Spruce, the robust interlocking log structure with wind braces ensures a reliable build. The 19mm tongue and groove floor cladding is renowned for its endurance, weather resilience, and sturdiness, creating a durable and tough surface.
The reverse apex roof, also made from 16mm tongue and groove material, forms a solid canopy overhead. The double entrance doors are laminated and feature toughened glass, opening into a bright and airy interior illuminated by the real glass, single glazed window. The laminated door frames add strength and resist cracking due to extreme temperatures. A stainless steel cover protects the wood in the high-traffic door sill area.
The generous glazed section provides natural light and ventilation for warmer days. The cabin comes untreated with a five-year warranty. We recommend applying an initial anti-fungal treatment and subsequent annual maintenance to uphold the warranty. Alternatively, personalize with a coat of paint for a distinct look.
Kindly note that the roof does not come with a covering. Optional accessories include SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles, or Roof Underlay Felt. SBS is a dense, long-lasting torch-on felt best installed by experienced DIYers or professionals. Weatherproof Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are attractive, easy to install, and offer long-term protection. Roof Underlay Felt, easy to nail on, serves as temporary coverage or supports an upgrade to a permanent weatherproof roof.
