Each Poets garden creation is meticulously crafted with the highest standards of quality, offering you the freedom to customize the structure in a variety of ways to achieve a distinct look. This rendition of the Othello is adorned with painted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove panels that can be tailored to your preferred color. Unlike some competitors, we deliver the garden room fully insulated as a standard feature, covering the floor, walls, and roof. Our standard packages also include the following elements:
- Double UPVC Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
- 2 x UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows positioned at the front of the structure. (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
- 1 x UPVC Full Length, Top Opening Casement Window located on the side of the garden room. (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
- 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board internal cladding.
- Durable EPDM rubber roof covering
- Additional 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay.
There are various Laminate Colors to choose from. We provide alternative window and door options outlined in the accompanying documentation, available on a Price on Application (POA) basis. The door selections are available in both Aluminum or UPVC materials. The UPVC doors and windows come in 4 different hues and require no maintenance! Please note, the interiors of all UPVC alternatives are White.
Our exquisite craftsmanship utilizes advanced joinery techniques on all mortise and tenon doors and windows, featuring draught-proof sealed units. Added enhancements include concealed nailing to eliminate visible nail holes on the cladding, resulting in a seamless appearance. Premium options such as 12mm vertical T&G matchboard Internal cladding and customized features like Guttering & Downpipe, Roof Windows, and Canopy Extensions are also available on a POA basis.
Customers can enhance their building with Internal Wall Partitions and additional door options, an External Painted Plinth Kit to conceal the timber base bearers, a Verandah with side wings, or an External Decked Area by contacting our knowledgeable sales team to discuss any POA enhancements. While the Othello typically complies with most height planning regulations, we recommend confirming with local authorities. All doors meet insurance standards for locking mechanisms. Electricity – If you require electrical connections within the building, we recommend having an Electrician (of your choice) present on-site for approximately an hour during the installation to conduct the initial setup. They can return upon completion of the building for the final electrical work. We do not supply or install any electrical sockets or lighting fixtures as part of our service.
