The Yorick Bespoke Insulated Garden Room is renowned as one of our most popular and in-demand garden structures. Its elegant and timeless design is fitting for any garden or outdoor environment. Each Poets garden creation is meticulously made with care, allowing you the choice to customize the design in various ways to add your personal flair. This version of the Yorick is enveloped in painted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove panels, which are customizable in the color of your choice. Unlike some competitors, we include insulation as a standard feature throughout the garden room (for the floor, walls & roof). The standard package consists of:
– UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 2 x UPVC Full-Length Fixed Casement Windows situated at the front of the structure. (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 1 x UPVC Full-Length, Top-Opening Casement Window positioned on the side of the building. (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board for internal cladding.
– Bardoline classic roof shingles
– Additional 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay
– Choice of Laminate Shades
We offer a variety of alternative window and door options, outlined in the accompanying documentation and available upon request. The doors are available in Aluminum or UPVC materials. The UPVC doors and windows come in 4 different shades and are low-maintenance! Kindly note that all internal components of the UPVC selections are in White.
All mortise and tenon doors and windows feature high-quality joinery, incorporating draft-proof sealed units. Other enhancement choices include: Concealed Nailing, ensuring a seamless finish without visible nail holes on the cladding.
Enhanced 12mm vertical T&G matchboard Internal cladding is available upon request. Customizations such as Guttering & Downpipe options, Roof Windows, Canopy Extensions, Internal Wall Partitions with additional doors, External Painted Plinth Kit to conceal the timber base bearers, Veranda with side wings, and External Decked Area can all be tailored to your liking – simply reach out to a member of our exceptionally knowledgeable sales team to discuss any of these options.
The Yorick complies with most standard height planning regulations, however, we advise checking with your local jurisdiction for confirmation. All doors meet the necessary insurance requirements regarding locking mechanisms. The Yorick series provides various sizes to meet the diverse needs of our customers, including L-Shaped configurations. If you require a size not listed, please contact us for a specialized quote. Electricity – If electricity is required in your structure, we recommend having an Electrician (of your choice) on-site for approximately an hour during the installation to complete the initial wiring, and then return once the building is completed for the final wiring. We do not supply or install electrical outlets or lighting as part of our service.
