The Redlands 12′ x 8′ Shipboard Lean To Pent Shed is crafted to be positioned adjacent to existing walls, ideal for compact gardens and a delightful area to keep gardening implements, furnishings or bicycles. Created from top-quality 12mm shipboard timber planks shielded with our easily recognizable crimson cedar water-based solution. The base and canopy are made from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove planks with mineral felt applied to the canopy for extra safeguard against the elements. All wood used in the creation of our structures is accredited as harvested from a legitimate and sustainable origin. This item includes the Redlands Garden Constructions 10-year warranty. Providing defense against general wood rot and deterioration – the warranty excludes the structure from wood cracks or bending that may naturally arise with time. Kindly Note: It is crucial that the structure is erected in compliance with the provided guidance on a solid and even foundation made from a sufficiently tough substance. It must also be treated soon after assembly and then annually henceforth with a suitable premium preservative.
