The door can be installed on either side to enable swinging to the right or left, and comes with a secure mortice lock and key as standard for increased security. These sheds feature raised eaves ensuring generous vertical space within the structure to minimize the need for bending while inside. Raised on floor beams, the shed is elevated from the ground while fully enclosed on all sides to prevent access beneath the floorboards. This variation of the 4′ x 4′ Shiplap Modular Apex Shed does not include windows, providing concealment for your gardening equipment and enhancing security against potential intruders. Constructed from high-quality 12mm shiplap timber boards treated with our distinctive red cedar water-based solution. The base and roof are both made from robust 12mm tongue & groove panels, topped with mineral felt for additional protection from the elements. Ornamental bargeboards and corner strips add charm to this delightful garden structure. All timber used in the production of our buildings is certified as originating from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Constructions 10-year warranty, offering protection against common wood decay and rot – note that the warranty does not cover natural wood splits or warping that may occur over time. Important: It is essential that the structure is assembled on a solid, level base made from a suitably robust material according to the provided guidelines. The product should be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high-quality preservative.
