The floor and roof are both fashioned from strong 12mm tongue & groove planks, topped with mineral felt for extra defense against the elements. This item includes the Redlands Garden Buildings 10-year assurance, guarding against typical timber deterioration – although it does not cover against timber cracks or warping, common with age.
