The Redlands Pressure Treated Deluxe Shiplap Pent Shed line stands out as top-notch pent sheds that can be found on the internet. It has been crafted using durable 16mm finished shiplap tongue and groove panels along with a robust double heavy-duty 58 x 44mm finished framework, ensuring its longevity. This amazing 8′ x 12′ structure features a premium artisan crafted entrance, situated by default to the right side of splendidly crafted mortice and tenon windows made from 2mm glass. The vintage-style doorknobs complement the sturdy hinges and three-level security lock. The flooring and roofing are both made of sturdy 16mm tongue & groove panels, with mineral felt on the roof for added protection against the weather. The finishing touches include bargeboards and corner strips, enhancing the appeal of this charming garden construction. All wood utilized in the manufacturing of our structures has been verified as harvested from a legal and sustainable origin. The 15-year warranty provides coverage for pressure treated (tanalised) structures against common wood decay and rot – this warranty does not extend to splits or warping in the wood that may happen naturally over time. To validate this warranty, the structure must be assembled strictly following the provided instructions, treated annually with a suitable high-quality preservative, and all window panes must be sealed, both inside and outside, with silicone or another water-resistant sealant. Important: It is crucial that the assembly of the structure is done following the provided instructions on a solid and level base built with a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and subsequently every year with a suitable high-quality preservative.
