The flooring is supported by treated foundation joists, offering durability and shielding against ground moisture. Please be advised that the roof does not come with a cover, which can be selected as an optional upgrade. Opt between SBS, EPDM, Charcoal Felt Shingles, or Roof Underlay Felt as roofing materials.
