Here we have a contemporary and sophisticated insulated garden room of 5m x 4m dimensions, offering a blend of style and functionality. The garden room is equipped with double-glazed windows to maintain warmth efficiently, with two of the glass panels having top openings. Illuminating the front of your garden room during the night are concealed spotlights within the roof extension. Please note that the full price of this item includes the installation of the entire structure in your garden. It is recommended to consult with your local planning authority prior to placing an order. An evenly structured base is fundamental for this, which could be built using either solid concrete or concrete slabs. For reduced damage to the matching boards, it is advised to add a layer of carpet or laminate to the floor of the garden room. Do remember, these insulated garden rooms do not come pre-treated or painted. The application of wood preservative is not part of the installation service. To be eligible for our 15-year anti-rot guarantee, the building must be treated annually with a premium quality, solvent-based wood preservative.
