The flat roof design lends a modern touch to your garden, while ensuring effective rainwater drainage, thereby aiding in the preservation of your building’s dryness for many years to come. The roof is topped with top-quality mineral felt. Crafted in the UK using responsibly sourced, accredited timber by our expert team, Adley Insulated Garden Rooms come complete with detailed instructions and a step-by-step instructional video, guiding you through each phase of the construction process. All necessary components and fittings are included by default. Prior DIY knowledge is recommended for erecting this edifice. Please take note: A stable and level foundation, comprised of either solid concrete or concrete slabs, is imperative for this structure. It is advised to further protect the garden room’s floor with carpeting or laminate to prolong the life of the matchboards. Kindly note: These Insulated Garden Rooms do not come treated or painted.
