Unlike some rivals, we include full insulation for the garden sanctuary by default (covering the floor, walls, & roof). In addition, our basic packages consist of:

  • UPVC Dual Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 2 x UPVC Full-Length Fixed Casement Windows at the forefront (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 1 x UPVC Full-Length, Top-Opening Casement Window on the side (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • 9mm vertically striated and primed MDF board inner cladding
  • Bardoline timeless roof shingles
  • Supplementary 8mm laminate flooring with 3mm underlay

We offer a range of alternate door and window alternatives, outlined in the accompanying literature, available upon request. Door options include both Aluminum and UPVC. The UPVC doors and windows come in four distinctive hues and require zero maintenance! Please note that all inner components of the UPVC selections are White. Finely crafted joinery is utilized on all mortise and tennon doors and windows, presenting draught-proofed sealed attributes. Further potential enhancements consist of:

Electricity – For electrical needs within your structure, we recommend having an Electrician (selected by you) present on-site for about an hour during installation to commence initial electrical work, and return upon completion for final connections. We do not supply or install any electrical outlets or light fixtures as part of our service.
