The roof features an 11mm OSB Board externally, topped with 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof that comes with a 50-year guarantee; internally, it is insulated with 23mm insulation and finished with 12mm of MDF. All internal cladding is moisture resistant MDF, grooved to mimic classic cladding. The wall and roof insulation consist of YBS Airtec Double, a highly reflective aluminum foil with a durable laminated surface on either side of an air bubble membrane, effectively acting as a Vapour Control with an R-Value of 1.45.
