The Oren 18′ x 4′ Shiplap Contemporary Long-Room Summer House is a generously sized, modern-style structure that can be customized to suit your outdoor space by enabling you to position the doors and windows on either side. Featuring high-quality full pane double door and windows, this summer house welcomes abundant natural light into the room, creating a cozy and lively atmosphere.
Constructed from top-notch grade tongue and groove timber, galvanized hardware, and premium performance felt, this summer house is designed for longevity. All Oren Summer Houses are crafted from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, ensuring enhanced resilience and durability. The robust framing of this building is elegantly rounded at each corner for a polished appearance.
This Summer House is equipped with toughened safety glass as standard, along with premium High Performance Felt featuring a special polyester backing, guaranteeing prolonged durability without easy rippling or tearing. The shiplap cladding design includes a distinct small profile at the top of each board, facilitating quick water runoff and faster drying after rain exposure, thus safeguarding the structure from potential water-related harm.
For windows, the toughened safety glass enhances structural durability and thermal strength, making it 500% more resistant to heat and shock compared to regular glass. The glass is internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-fitting, while the PVC sills on window units prevent water ingress for a refined finish. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm – Width = 45.7cm.
All Oren Summer Houses feature galvanized ironmongery, including hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, to prolong the lifespan and prevent oxidation. Galvanizing, which involves applying a protective zinc layer, shields the hardware from rust and other forms of damage.
The Summer House is topped off with premium High-Performance Felt, a waterproof material with a special polyester backing that resists rippling and tearing. The felt is infused with bitumen (asphalt) for water repellency while maintaining breathability.
