Tongue and groove consistency
Every Oren shelters are constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove wood. Both the base and top are 12mm tongue and groove to provide added sturdiness and resilience. The shiplap cladding features a small groove at the top of each plank, which facilitates quicker water runoff compared to regular tongue and groove panels. This design feature aids in the rapid drying of the shelter following exposure to rainfall, safeguarding it from potential water harm.

Galvanized hardware
All Oren shelters are equipped with galvanized hinges & fasteners to prolong their lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc layer to shield the materials from rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High-Performance Covering
Enhanced with a high-quality waterproof covering with a unique ‘polyester’ layer, the shelter has better longevity and is less prone to wrinkling or tearing. The covering is impregnated with a protective substance known as bitumen (asphalt), providing water-repellent properties while allowing for breathability.
