The Palmako Annabel 5m x 3.9m Pent Log Cabin (18mm) offers a combination of sturdy walls and abundant natural light, creating a cozy and welcoming garden space or home office for year-round enjoyment.

Construction:

This log cabin is crafted from high-quality, thick 18mm Nordic spruce, and comes with pre-made wall sections for added wind resistance. This results in a simple assembly process, exceptional strength, and superior weatherproofing.

Floor and Roof:

Both the floor and pent roof are made of 19mm tongue and groove wood, renowned for its durability, weather resistance, and robustness. The floor is supported by treated foundation joists to guard against ground moisture, while the roof’s overhang helps mitigate sun glare.

Roof Covering Choices:

Note that the roof does not come with a covering. You can opt for SBS or Roof Underlay Felt as an upgrade. SBS is a thick, long-lasting weatherproof felt suitable for professionals or advanced DIYers. Roof Underlay Felt is easy to nail on but ideal as a temporary or base layer.

Doors and Windows:

This log cabin boasts generous glazing, providing garden views and interior illumination. The sliding doors feature toughened glass and a key-operated lock for security. Two large windows contribute ample light and ventilation, equipped with toughened glass, a tilt and turn mechanism, and metal water gutters.

Assembly and Guarantee:

Comes with a 5-year parts warranty from the manufacturer and includes detailed instructions and a fixing kit for straightforward installation.

Timber Treatment:

Delivered untreated, it’s recommended to apply a quality wood preservative upon assembly and annually thereafter to protect against rot and preserve its aesthetic appeal.
