Equipped with garage portals for toy cars and bicycles, along with an extra-access side entrance, this playhouse can double as a cozy outdoor retreat. A wooden ladder inside leads to the upper of two levels. The doors come with super secure hinges shielded by a rubber cover for added safety. A magnetic latch ensures the door stays shut. The windows are crafted from 2mm safety glass in an elegant Georgian design. Constructed from top-quality 12mm shiplap wooden panels treated with our iconic red cedar water-based finish. Both the floor and roof are made from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove boards, topped with mineral felt for extra weather protection. All the wood used in creating our structures is certified to be sustainably sourced. This item includes a 10-year warranty from Vibrant Villa Garden Buildings. It provides defense against common wood decay, but does not cover splits or warping that can occur over time. Kindly note: proper assembly on a sturdy, level base made of a durable material is crucial. Treat the structure with a high-grade preservative shortly after assembly and annually thereafter, following the instructions provided.
