For the weather-resistant polyester roof felt, there are 3 choices available:
1. Elite Felt with a 15-year lifespan, provided by default
2. Elite Felt with Underlay
3. An optional upgrade to Exceptional Felt, which boasts three times the sturdiness of regular felt, a remarkable 20-30 year lifespan, and includes free underlay
It is recommended to opt for one of the options that come with underlay for added weatherproofing. This garden retreat provides an internal floor space of 15.5m² (166ft²), offering ample room for furniture and shelving. Entrance can be availed through double doors with toughened glass panes, secured by a key-lock for the protection of stored items and valuable equipment. Additionally, the retreat boasts four other 3/4-length windows made of strong toughened glass with a tilt and turn functionality, allowing side or top opening. Two windows flank the doors while the other two are positioned on the sides of the structure, bathing the interior in natural light. All wood used in constructing this retreat is FSC®-certified, guaranteeing it is sourced from sustainable forests.
Kindly note that the retreat MUST be built on a firm, level surface, such as poured concrete, and is supplied untreated; thus, it is necessary to apply a solvent-based preservative during assembly.
